A special community exhibition celebrating Dia de Los Muertos, a traditional Meso-American holiday dedicated to honoring ancestors.
Festivities for all ages will include live musical entertainment, cultural art projects, bilingual storytime for children, and traditional dances.
The Pleasanton Library will be hosting a weekend long celebration and is asking for your help in creating the displays – ofrendas that pay homage to ancestors that will be displayed at the library.
Performances repeat between 11:00-12:30 and 12:30-2:00.
Viewing, kids crafts, and music programs and exhibit viewing will take place:
