Spread the word! We are bringing our Signature STEM 101 conference to San Jose, CA!

Free Conference for Middle School Students and Parents in English and Spanish!

All San Jose students in grades 5-8 are welcome.The conference is FREE of cost to attendees and will include lunch catered by El Pollo Loco. Keynote talks to be delivered by prominent Latinas in STEM careers. Additional conference features include a hands-on activity, workshops exploring STEM fields, breakfast, a company EXPO, personal stories by current professionals in STEM fields, and parent information sessions.

The Alpha Schools are proud to partner with the Latinas in STEM Foundation to host the Latinas in STEM 101 Conference in San Jose, CA. Latinas in STEM 101 is a series of nationwide workshops, developed by the Latinas in STEM Foundation, focused on inspiring middle and high school students (and their parents) to pursue and thrive in STEM fields.
