Christ the King Catholic Church, 240 Calle Cebu – Mañanitas and Mass will celebrated in Spanish at midnight, noon and 6 p.m. with refreshments after each Mass. At 6 p.m. Mass will be followed by a re-creation of the apparition story.
Madonna Del Sasso Catholic Church, 320 E. Laurel Dr. – Mañanitas and Mass at 5 a.m.
St. Mary of the Nativity, 1702 2nd Ave. – On Sunday, Dec. 11, there will be a procession at 11 a.m. Later in the day, at 11:30 p.m., a mariachi will perform. On Monday, Mañanitas will start at 5:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 6 a.m., noon and 7 p.m. There will also be praise and worship songs with mariachi at noon and 1:30 p.m.
St. Joseph’s, Church, 1 Railroad Ave., Spreckels. Traditional Mass at 9 a.m.
Our Lady of Refuge, 11140 Preston St. Mañanitas will start at 5 a.m. with Mass at 8 a.m. in English, followed by a gathering. Mass will be celebrated in Spanish at noon and 7 p.m. A special Mass is set at Moro Cojo Park at 5 p.m.
St Theodore’s Church, 116 S Belden St. – Mañanitas will start at 5 a.m., followed by a bilingual Mass at 5:30 a.m. At 4 p.m., a procession will be held from Central Park to the church, followed by a Mass in Spanish and a gathering.
Holy Trinity, 27 S. El Camino Real – Commemoration Mass at 6 p.m. Sunday, followed by the Rosary. Mariachi concert at 10 p.m. followed by Mass. At midnight Monday, a mariachi will perform. Mañanitas will start at 4:30 a.m., followed by Mass and mariachi at 5 a.m. Reception afterward. Also, Mass set at noon and 7 p.m.
St. Benedict, 1200 Fairview Road – Mass at 5 a.m. and 7 p.m.
St. John, 504 N. 3rd St. – Procession at 10 a.m. Sunday, followed by Mass. At 4 a.m. Monday, Mañanitas with a band at 6 a.m. Mass. Mañanitas featuring a choir will perform at 5 p.m. Mass
St. Jude, 303 Hillcrest Ave. – A mariachi will lead the Mañanitas at 5 a.m., followed by Mass in Spanish with Archdiocese Bishop Richard Garcia. Light refreshments will be served afterward.
Cathedral of San Carlos Borromeo, 500 Church St. – Mañanitas will start at 4:30 a.m., followed by a bilingual Mass at 5:30 a.m. A reception will be held afterward with Aztec dancers and mariachi.
Our Lady of Assumption, 100 Salinas Road – Mañanitas begin at midnight with a Mass at 5 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
St. Francis Xavier, 1475 LaSalle Ave. – Procession at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, starting at the Boys & Girls Club. Mass will start at 6:30 p.m., followed by a dinner and dance. Mañanitas will start at 2 a.m. on Monday with Mass at 5:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., followed by a theater play at the parish hall.
Our Lady of Solitude, 235 Main St. – Procession at 5 a.m. starting on 8th Street, followed by Mass at 6 a.m. In the evening there will be another procession behind the church, and menudo will be served afterward at the parish hall.
St. Patrick’s, 721 Main St. – Procession at 4 a.m. starting at the post office on Main Street, ending at the church. A Mass and gathering will follow.
Our Lady Help of Christians, 2401 E. Lake Ave. – Mañanitas at 4 a.m., followed by Mass with mariachi. A second Mass at 6:30 p.m. and a gathering afterward.
