Chile, Mole, Pozole is an authentic celebration of Mexican Independence Day featuring traditional food, lively performances, and art that bridges the traditions of Mexico and East San José.
This year, La Plaza partners with East San José’s own Veggielution Community Farm to supply the festival with locally sourced ingredients.
