Founded in San Francisco in 1996, Los Delicados are poet performers Norman Antonio Zelaya, Darren J. DeLeon and Paul S. Flores.
The three return to their birthplace of the Mission District in San Francisco to honor the Floricanto legacy of Chicano-Latino Movement poetry that flourished in the neighborhood in the 1970’s, and highlight the explosion of Latino Spoken Word that occurred in the 1990’s throughout California and the Southwest.
