[free] 49ers vs. Packers // Fox TV

Jan. 20th at 5pm on Fox tv.

The wait is over, Faithful!

The San Francisco 49ers will host the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional Round this weekend.

The Packers are the lowest-seeded team remaining in the conference and will travel to Levi’s® Stadium for their first playoff matchup in The Bay since the NFC Championship Game in the 2019 season.

The last time the 49ers and Packers went head-to-head in the postseason was in the NFC Division Round of the 2021 season. San Francisco won their most recent meeting 13-10 to punch their ticket to the conference championship.

As for Bye week developments on the 49ers side, the most significant is the return of defensive lineman Arik Armstead, who has not played in a game since San Francisco’s Week 13 clash with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Armstead remains a critical component to the 49ers run defense alongside fellow D-lineman Javon Hargrave. Rookie safety Ji’Ayir Brown, cornerback Ambry Thomas and wide receiver Jauan Jennings also rejoined team practices last week and safety George Odum has his 21-day practice window opened.
