A Day Without Immigrants // Bay Area
A Day Without Immigrants is a protest day where people abstain from work, shopping, and school in solidarity with immigrants.
The day is a protest against government policies that are harmful to immigrants.
This initiative carries out a national strike of the immigrant community in the United States, “A day without immigrants,” which seeks to demonstrate the importance of this sector in the country’s economy.
