MCCLA offers free classes, printmaking workshops, gallery entrance, and live entertainment during its 39th annual Open House “Corazón del Barrio.”
Activities include: printmaking workshops, dance classes led by in-house teaching artists.
Plus, all-day gallery access to view “Mexicanos al Grito de Guerra: We didn’t cross the borders, the borders crossed us,” entertainment featuring live music and dance, and refreshments and drinks.
MCCLA especially encourages first-time visitors to come experience the Latino arts community in the Mission District!
Come out this Saturday the 13th! 12pm-4:30pm!
For our open house “Corazón del Barrio” DJ Jumphouse will be spinning music, the beautiful Aryn Shelander with acrobatics, and the one and only Orquesta Adelante will close the evening with music from La Mission!!
