Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is hosting its annual health fair.
This fun-filled event offers health information, screening, and other community resources for free!
Our hope is to create awareness of the health resources in the Pajaro Valley, increase equitable access to health services, and empower individuals to take care of their wellbeing.
We encourage non-profit organizations to register to host an informational booth at our event.
