Wooden Table Baking Co. is opening an Argentine cafe in Downtown Oakland!
Finally, you can get fresh alfajores, conitos, yerba mate, and cortados for breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner.
Everyone is welcome at our festive grand opening celebration – October 22, 1pm to 5pm. There will be door prizes, Argentine Tango performances, live music, and of course samples galore. Come join us – we don’t bite, but our llama might.
The Wooden Table Baking Co. is beyond excited to open its own community-based cafe in the heart of Oakland, at the corner of 23rd and Broadway.
This is a long-time dream of founder Andreas Ozzuna who always envisioned a vibrant cafe to share community through the taste and spirit of their Argentinan homeland. As an LGBTQ, immigrant run, and women-powered business, they make award-winning alfajores and chocolates that are sold throughout the Bay Area and around the country.
Join Andreas, Citabria, wife and co-owner, friends and business partners to celebrate this delicious, risk-taking vision and to help build this community cafe. Your friendship, presence and tastebuds will make this cafe what it can be.
