Futura Fest: Unlock Your Future! is our end of the Latina Economic Advancement Program (LEAP) career fair. LEAP was created to begin to address the disproportionate impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic had on Latinas. There are two components of the program, 1) Financial Literacy Seminars and 2) Workforce Development Seminars, both component focus on increasing economic stability and supporting Latinas as they navigate the evolving workplace.
