The De Rompe y Raja Cultural Association and La Peña Cultural Center say goodbye to their maestro Lalo Izquierdo for his surprising and sensitive death with a tribute deserving for his passage in our lives through dances, songs, anecdotes, experiences, and all the drummers who want to join!
A final drumming jam (cajoneada) will be led by Lalo’s niece and dear member of the Afro-Peruvian community Peta Robles Izquierdo.

La Asociación Cultural de Rompe y Raja y La Peña Cultural Center despiden con amor 🧡 a su maestro Lalo Izquierdo por su sorpresivo y sensible fallecimiento con un homenaje merecedor por su paso en nuestras vidas a través de danzas, canciones, anécdotas, experiencias y todos los cajones que quieran unirse!
Una cajoneada final será liderada por la sobrina de Lalo y queridísima miembro de la comunidad Afroperuana Peta Robles Izquierdo. Trae tu cajón o tambor!
