The first of 5 Summer Saturday nights of live music, dinners, cocktails, picnics, dancing, a Kid Zone, and more will begin on Saturday July 9th and continue for a total of 5 consecutive Saturdays great live music, under beautiful Marin Skies in an intimate and beautiful setting.
The Outdoor Venue is perfect for picnicking but offers the choice of purchasing delicious and affordable meals on-site from local pop-up restaurants. No alcohol is allowed to be brought in, but is available for purchase.
8/6~Afro-Colombia: La Misa Negra
Fresh off of BottleRock, this 8-piece Oakland band plays a unique blend of 1950’s & 60’s style cumbia and high-energy, Afro-Colombian dance music. Powered by horn and accordion-driven riffs, a fierce rhythm section, and a vintage Colombian sound – expect an electrifying performance that explodes with infectious dance grooves and punk rock energy. More than just a band… It’s a PARTY!

The Kanbar Center for the Performing Arts is the Performing Arts Department within the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center in San Rafael, California. All are welcome, no membership is ever required to attend. The Center is a long-standing Marin non-profit, centrally located in Marin County and just 1/2 mile east off Hwy 101
