United Lowrider Council Cinco de Mayo Parade & Celebration

The United Lowrider Council’s Cinco de Mayo celebration will feature a parade and festival with lowriders, live performances, food, art and local vendors.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming Cinco de Mayo event on Sunday, May 5th, 2024, at the historic King & Story.

📍 Location:

– Rolling parade begins at Alum Rock & King (Mexican Heritage Plaza)

– Parade ends at 680 overpass. Lowriders will then park for the remainder of the event along King Rd. between 680 overpass and Story Rd.

⏰ Time of Events:

– Lowriders staging for the parade: 8AM-9AM at Mexican Heritage Plaza parking lot

– Parade: 10AM-12PM

– Festival event: 12PM-4PM (with lowriders parked along King Rd. between 680 and Story Rd.)


Please note the following guidelines:

📣 All lowrider car clubs and solo riders can register online on Wednesday April 10th. The registration link becomes available at 6pm.

To register you will want to click on “I’m Going” and then fill out the form.

🚨 If you click on the link before Wednesday April 10th at 6pm you will get a message saying, “Event Not Found”. After that date and time you will then see the event to register.

– First come, first served basis for registration to make it fair for everyone to register. The registration link will be public. There are 300 car spots available. Please register as soon as the link opens up as we anticipate the list to fill up fast.

– No BBQ pits allowed or alcohol permitted. We will be on public streets similarly to cruises. SJPD will be securing the area. Be respectful.

– No in and out privileges; participants must stay for the entire event duration which concludes at 4PM. No exceptions.

– Clean up around your area before leaving to maintain a positive reputation with the city.
