Intro to Teatro Summer Classes
Teatro Visión is teaching an Intro to Teatro Class for youth ages 8-12.
In this class, children will develop acting skills through explorations of their own experiences, perspectives, and hopes. This class may lead to opportunities to perform with Teatro Visión this season.
In this Introduction to Teatro class, children ages 8-12 will explore the history, creation, and performance of teatro through improvisation, storytelling, and script reading.
On the last day of class, August 18, students will also have a chance perform original pieces in a showcase for parents and families.
About Classes:
Dates: August 9-11, 16-18, 2022 @ 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Fee: $100 OR arrange a fee that works for you.
Location: School of Arts and Culture at Mexican Heritage Plaza 1700 Alum Rock Ave., San José.

Classes will be bilingual, in English and Spanish.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, August 9 – August 18, 2022 @ 6:30pm – 8:00pm.
- Participants must wear a mask in all indoor spaces. Proof of vaccination AND booster, with matching photo ID, is required for all participants.
