Half Moon Bay has opened its doors to the first ever all Latina art exhibit with plans to make it an annual affair!
The exhibit, “Las Mujeres de Valor,” runs through April 16 at the Sueño Center and features 23 artists – some local and some as far away as Los Angeles.
The art itself is breathtaking and colorful. It features themes related to the Latina experience, some with powerful social justice messages.
Ayudando Latinos A Soñar, a local non-profit dedicated to working for social wellness, serves as event host.
