About game:

Celebrate Fiesta Gigantes with festivities and promotions. Celebrate Latino culture at Saturday home games this season, featuring genres from reggaeton to salsa, live entertainment, specialty concessions and a vibrant gameday vibe.

Plus, a new, reimagined Gigantes jersey will be worn by the team on-field, honoring the Latino community that has shaped Giants baseball. Join us as we celebrate Fiesta Gigantes all season!

Fiesta Gigantes Saturdays will showcase live performances from local talent, including Mariachi San Francisco, La Explosiva Sonora MX, and Comando Único, delivering everything from mariachi and cumbia to regional Mexican music.

The Latino jersey:

The Giants’ Gigantes alternate uniform, worn since 2005 for single-game Fiesta Gigantes celebrations each year, has evolved from a simple variation on their traditional uniform to a boldly distinctive black jersey and two-tone cap, designed by Bay Area artist Jesse Hernandez.

It features a script reminiscent of that on the uniforms of the 1980s and ’90s, accented with a step fret motif that’s repeated on the numbers and sleeve trim. The sleeve also bears a new Gigantes logo, and the accompanying cap has a stylized version of the interlocking “SF” letters on a gray front panel.

While the uniform debuted on Monday’s March 23rd exhibition, it will be worn regularly at every Saturday home game, now themed as an expansion of Fiesta Gigantes. These games will include cultural performances, live music, and specialty food and promotions, starting with Saturday’s Willy Adames bobblehead giveaway.

“Here in the Bay Area, the Latino community is such a strong, vibrant community that shares a love of baseball, so we were really excited to lean into our Gigantes brand and relaunch our uniform and bring it to the field every Saturday,” said Rachel Heit, the Giants’ chief marketing officer.

“We historically have had a Fiesta Gigantes celebration in September as part of Hispanic Heritage Month, and it’s just such a great fan experience that we’re thrilled to extend it to every Saturday home game. So every Saturday can be a Fiesta Gigantes, not just a select game in September.”

Music, food, games and more will also extend to the Giants’ Mission Rock development across McCovey Cove with “Gameday at the Park” on Fiesta Gigantes Saturdays, City Connect Tuesdays and Orange Fridays.

Sergio Romo, a three-time World Series champion and a member of the Giants Wall of Fame, will serve as the Gigantes ambassador and showed off the new jersey at a recent media event.

More celebrations in 2026

Romo will also be joined on the Wall of Fame by four new members, as the Giants will induct the infield from the 2014 World Series-winning team on Aug. 8: Brandon Belt, Joe Panik, Brandon Crawford, Pablo Sandoval and Buster Posey. Fans will receive a commemorative poster.
