Calito Franco is one of the original member of the bay area prominent Salsa Band of its time. Franco Brothers y Su Orquesta Actualidad.
Franco Brothers have recorded their salsa debut album in San Juan Puerto Rico, produce alongside his brother, executive producer Bismarck Franco.
Calito has Tour with Original Latin Rock Band “MALO”.
With their 1972 Hit song Suavesito, written and song by Richard Bean. from 2019 till October 2022, he was recruited by the late musical director and leader, Tony Menjivar. Calito Franco also has recorded and shared the Stage with Latin Rock Artist, the Late Jorge Santana. Including Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Michael Carabello, the original member of The Santana band.
Calito has performed and shared the Stage with Jazz, Rock, Blues, and Latin Rock Artist, and original members of MALO, & Janis Joplin’s band, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Trumpet Player
Luis Gasca. Calito has performed twice at Yoshi’s Japanese restaurant at Embarcadero Jack London Square West Oakland, CA, featuring special Guest on Tumbadora, worldwide percussionist & member of The Carlos Santana Band, for 34′ year’s El Maestro
