Latino Business Action Network (LBAN) is a dynamic Silicon Valley based nonprofit with a big mission to strengthen the U.S. economy by empowering Latino Entrepreneurship across the country.

Latinos created half of all new companies in the country in the last ten years. These companies are younger than the average but growing. We leverage the best of the Stanford Graduate School of business and apply it to this already large and growing Latino Opportunity across our country.

Our three pillars of focus are:
1) Foundational research on Latino Entrepreneurship across the U.S. in partnership with Stanford.
2) A transformational Business Scaling Program at Stanford for Latino business owners.
3) An empowering national Ecosystem that includes the almost 1,000 alums of our Business Scaling program at Stanford plus mentors, capital providers, and corporate partners.

Enabling Latino-owned businesses to grow to the average size of a U.S. company will add $3+ trillion to the economy. This is the single most significant opportunity for America.
