Napa Dia de los Muertos

Saturday Nov. 4th.

A community altar will be open to the public in Dwight Murry Plaza.

Napa Dia de los Muertos is a family-friendly event where our diverse Napa community feels seen and heard through art, tradition, music, dance, and food; and where the spirit of Dia de los Muertos is driven by cultural awareness, understanding, and acceptance.

We invite everyone to bring copies of photos, written stories, and memories to honor and celebrate your ancestors. The event will be located at Veteran’s Memorial Park, Dwight Murray Plaza and in the Brown Street Corridor.

Artists are invited to display outdoor sculptures, art installations, puppetry, craft/art vendors, or altars that share their own history, culture, and traditions related to the Dia de los Muertos.

The deadline to apply is October 15th. Follow link (above) for more information on how to become an artist.
