Redwood City Day of the Dead
Day of the Dead celebration is Sunday, November 5th in Downtown Redwood City at 3pm.
💀🏵️ Casa Círculo Cultural & The San Mateo County History Museum invite the community to build Day of the Dead altars to be featured in their exhibit.
We will enjoy a colorful event with dancing 💃, singing 🎙️, dancing 🎶, and the Mayan culture in all its splendor.
As well as beautiful traditional giant kites from Guatemala 🇬🇹 made by artist Florentin Sula.
🏵️ Making an altar for a loved one that has passed away can be a cathartic and healing experience that honors both the celebration of life and the grieving of death.
