Dip your tortilla chip into the salsas produced by local makers Papalote, Casa Sanchez and Kuali, and learn how Mexico’s regional cultures and Bay Area vibes influence their craft.

Then, move your body to the hypnotic salsa sounds of the band Bululú with a post-tasting dance party!
