Kick off the festivities with a vibrant parade featuring colorful floats, lively music, and spirited performances that bring the history and heart of Mexican independence to life.
Saturday parade typically begins at 3:00 PM along East Alisal Street, often starting near Vineyard Church or Towt Street and stretching toward Kern Street. The parade runs about an hour.

Join us for El Grito’s main festival—a day of celebration filled with delicious traditional food, live music, and electrifying dance performances by talented artists from across the region.
Sunday festival usually runs from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM, featuring food vendors, cultural performances, and community booths.
